Note: To log in to Aleri you must have an Intercom account.

First thing’s first — you should update your profile. In your profile drop-down menu in the top right corner, you’ll find “My Profile” where you can change your nickname, upload a profile image and give your fellow Aleri users more information about yourself:

To find questions and answers from other users, use the search on the homepage of the community.
Tip: You don’t need to be logged in to search for answers in the forum.
If your question hasn’t already been asked, it’s easy to ask the community, just click ‘Ask A Question’.
To answer another user, click ‘Answer’ just below their question, or start typing in the answer field.
